What form of payments does The Body Form accept?

• Debit Visa, Visa , Master Card
• E-transfers for Canadians 

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

Taxes are already included in price at check out and duties are charged depending on where the items are being shipped and the weight of the total order.

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you emails every step of the way to confirm the purchase of your order and notify you when it has been shipped and delivered

When will my order ship?

All orders are estimated to ship within 48 -72 hours of order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The Body Form ships to all countries. Shipping rates may differ depending on country. 

Will I be able to pick up my order ?

Yes in the GTA on Mondays and Thursdays between 6- 9 pm. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to hygienic reasons , no refunds or exchanges. Please refer to size chart or email us  at thebodyform@gmail.com for assistance when choosing a garment size.

*We offer returns and or exchanges on incorrect or defective items you receive. Please send a photo of the damaged item to thebodyform@gmail.com with your order number*

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund to the original form of payment.

How do I change or cancel  my order?

The Body Form has a limited window to change or cancel orders therefore you must contact our costumer service team at thebodyform@gmail.com within 1 hour before your order is processed. 

The following information cannot be changed once an order has been processed:
